Earlier this year the students from Trinity Grammar School in Sydney held their Jump Off Day. Watch this inspiring footage of both students and staff skipping throughout their school grounds and showing off their new skipping skills!
When asked about his experience Trinity Grammar Jump Rope Coordinator Brett, said Jump Rope for Heart was a great community event for their school.
‘It was a such a great community event for our School, not only for the Jump Off Day but as a PDHPE priority over the term. All of our students were engaged with skipping despite any limitations. It gave them an opportunity to learn about the heart as well as give back to others - which I believe was their main motivation!’
