Exclusive lesson plans
From Monday 17th May, teachers of participating Jump Rope for Heart schools can access a new series of lesson plans covering Physical Education, Math, Science, English, and the Humanities. Each of the 24 lesson plans, developed in partnership with Cool Australia, were reviewed by the Heart Foundations experts across Active Living, Food and Nutrition and Heart Health.
What’s more exciting is there’s also skipping challenges packed in the resources too! You can share these lesson plans with your fellow teachers in the lead up to and during your program to really make the most of your school’s Jump Rope for Heart experience!
